We take great pride in our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy below for details on refund, cancellation, exchange and amendments.

Cancellation and Exchange of Item
We do not accept any cancellation or exchange of items once the order has been confirmed and payment has been made.
Amendments
Amendments of orders that are allowed:
- Change in delivery or pick-up date
- Change between pick-up and delivery options *
- Change in delivery address and/or contact *
* Additional charges may apply for delivery fees.
Amendments stated above will need to be requested through WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance.
Items in Poor Condition
We carefully package our products to ensure they are delivered in good condition. However, if your items are delivered in poor condition, eg., tub broken, spillage, defective, etc., please contact us through WhatsApp within 3 hours of receipt with proof in the form of photo or video. In order for the items with poor condition to be eligible for any refund, they must remain unconsumed and in the same condition in which they were received.
Incorrect or Missing Items
In the unlikely event that you received the incorrect order, i.e., wrong or missing item(s), please contact us through WhatsApp within 3 hours of receipt with a photo of the incorrectly sent order. All incorrect items need to be unconsumed to be eligible for a refund or an exchange for the correct items.
Rectification of Issue
If your items are delivered in poor condition or an incorrect order was received, we will review the matter accordingly. If we find that the issue is due to our fault, we will take the necessary action, i.e., provide full or partial refund, replacement item, or exchange of items, whichever we consider appropriate based on our own judgment.
Eligible Refund or Exchange
Any eligible refunds will be transferred to the bank account provided by the purchaser. For exchange or replacement of items, they will be sent to the original address provided or required to be collected from our location, based on the delivery/pick-up option selected in the original order. Kindly grant us some time to carry out the necessary rectification process.
