Delivery Method

Our orders are delivered by third party on-demand delivery providers, i.e., Lalamove, GrabExpress, etc.

You will receive a WhatsApp message with the rider’s details once a rider is assigned to your order.

Cancellation and amendment of delivery is not allowed once the rider is on the way to pick-up your order. As such, if you wish to change to the pick-up option, or change your delivery details, please do so through WhatsApp at least 3 hours before your order. Please read our Refund Policy for more information on cancellation and amendment.

Delivery Fee

The delivery fee is calculated by our third party delivery providers based on the location of the delivery address provided.

Delivery Time Slots

We have fixed delivery time slots to choose from:

12pm — 3pm or 3pm — 6pm

We do not allow scheduling of delivery at other specific timings as we cannot guarantee the arrival time.

Although all orders are arranged to arrive within the selected time slots, deliveries may arrive later than expected due to external circumstances outside of our control, eg., availability of riders, traffic and weather conditions, etc. We will not be responsible for late deliveries in these cases.

Delivery Scheduled Confirmation

A confirmation message will be sent through WhatsApp to the receiver’s contact number one day before or in the morning of the scheduled delivery.

If there is no one available to receive the delivery, the receiver should reply at least 3 hours before the scheduled delivery time to let us know, and we can make other arrangements.

Delivery Hand Over

For multi-storied buildings, eg., condominiums, hotels, office buildings, etc., the rider will only hand over the order to the recipient at the drop-off point or waiting area, where the area is accessible by our riders.

The rider will leave the items at other locations, eg., delivery drop-off area, guardhouse, receptionist desk etc., only if the recipient requests or consents to it. Kindly be advised that we are not responsible for the condition of the items once they have been left at the place as instructed.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt

When the delivery rider has arrived at the receiver’s delivery address, the rider will ring the doorbell (if available), or contact the recipient through the provided phone number. In the event that the recipient is unreachable, or there is no one present to collect the delivery, the rider will wait for up to 10 minutes before leaving with the order. No further delivery attempts will be made on the same day.

It is important to note that due to the nature of the products and the services offered by the third party delivery providers, we may not always be able to arrange for the products to be returned to our location in the event of unsuccessful delivery. As a result, your order may be considered completed and we may not be able to accommodate requests for re-delivery or self-pickup at our location.

If we are able to successfully return the order to our location — with additional charges requested from the third party delivery provider, we can arrange for re-delivery (with additional delivery fees) or self pick-up on the following day.

Please be advised that we cannot be held responsible if the products are received in poor condition as a result of unsuccessful delivery.
